 Jennifer earned her BA at the University of California, Riverside with an emphasis in business administration. Jennifer has been in the escrow, real estate, and mortgage industry for over 15 years. She has worked as an escrow officer, agent's assistant, and loan processor. For the past 10 years Jennifer has been in charge of human resources, compliance and accounting for several companies. She came aboard with Route 66 Escrow, Inc. as their controller in 2016 and became manager of the Victor Valley office in 2025. She is the go to person for accounting, auditing, banking, licensing and compliance

 With over 30 years of expertise, Christy’s goal is to make sure that clients get the best escrow service they can and guide them into understanding all terms and conditions of the escrow process. Christy always goes above and beyond to find constructive solutions to their escrow-related needs. From bulk sales to commercial sales, during foreclosures, and even transferring mobile homes, Christy comes loaded with the expertise to direct clients through any transaction. Christy is always there for you, 24/7, to help her clients get the best deal possible and answer any questions or concerns you may have!  

Maria brings 20 years of experience, and fluency in Spanish, to California's escrow procedure. Like many escrow officers, Maria has honed her craft on the job, and accumulated the necessary knowledge years before earning her position as an escrow officer.  

Though transactions in escrow are often complex, Maria takes performing her duties in stride. “Nothing is too challenging in escrow,” she says, “there is always a path available to find a solution.” Once these solutions are found, and the process complete, her greatest satisfaction remains, “to see a smile on the customers face when we close their transaction.”

Ray has been in the Escrow, Real Estate and Mortgage industry for almost 16 years. He has worked as an Escrow Officer, loan processor, account executive, short sale negotiator, transaction coordinator and much more. His experience in all fields of Real Estate allow him to anticipate potential issues and resolve them quickly. Ray has experience in Home Sales (including for sale by owner), refinances and Mobile Home sales.
